Debra GardnerPlease join us for a big celebration to honor Debra Gardner, who has served as the Legal Director of the Public Justice Center for 15 years!  Deb is one of the most outstanding public interest attorneys in Maryland, dedicating her life to the eradication of poverty and inequity.

In honor of the occasion, Pam Ortiz and her band will stage, for the first time in Baltimore, the concert version the new musical “Red Devil Moon.” This play, written by Pam Ortiz and Robert Earl Price, is based on the book Cane, written by Harlem Renaissance writer Jean Toomer. The show is steeped in issues of racial and economic justice and will be a fitting way to celebrate Deb’s lifetime dedication to the same issues.
