Stimulating Discussion!
Join us for analysis and conversation regarding the years-long strategy behind Salinas v. Commercial Interiors, which successfully challenged the standard for joint employment in wage cases. PJC attorney Sally Dworak-Fisher, who co-counseled this case primarily with James & Hoffman, PC, will share some of the strategies, challenges, and opportunities presented throughout the case. Together, we will analyze the implications of the joint employment standard adopted by the Fourth Circuit and its potential to enhance the remedial purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act in this era of outsourcing. Join us to consider this one case and see how effective legal strategies and partnerships make lasting change.
